  1. 7.1Nancy Maraist to request a variance to waive the required minimum depth of 200' for commercial development in order to allow for residential development at the 3900 Block of Verot School Road.

  2. 7.2Claire Morley to request a variance to waive the required greenbelt from 15' to 5' and to reduce the required driveway from 36' to 25' for a commercial business located at 2513 Bonin Road. 

  3. 7.3Consider amending the 2022-2023 Budget in the amount of $500,000 for property acquisition and construction of Velassco Crossing Extension.

  4. 7.4Consider amending the 2022-2023 Youngsville Police Department Budget in an amount up to $40,000 for the purchase of a vehicle and equipment within state contract.

8.RESOLUTIONS

  1. 8.1Resolution No. 2023-09 - A Resolution authorizing the City Attorney to obtain a law firm for an independent investigation of the Youngsville Chief of Police on behalf of the City of Youngsville. 

  2. 8.2Resolution No. 2023-10 - A Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Youngsville to execute a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement for ARPA Water Sector Program grant award and committing to local match. 

  3. 8.3Resolution No. 2023-11 - A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government concerning the flushing and vacuuming of drainage infrastructure. 

  4. 8.4Resolution No. 2023-12 - A Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Youngsville to execute a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement for the LA Watershed Initiative (LWI) Design Support Program (DSP) Anslem Coulee Detention Pond Project.

  5. 8.5Resolution No. 2023-13 - A Resolution levying the millage rates for 2023.

  6. 8.6Resolution No. 2023-14 - A Resolution ordering and calling a special election to fill the vacancy of Council Member Division A of the City of Youngsville, State of Louisiana, and taking other matters in connection therewith.

9.ORDINANCES FOR INTRODUCTION

  1. 9.1Ordinance No. 483-2023 - A Fifth Supplemental Bond Ordinance supplementing Ordinance No. 2013-01 (the "General Bond Ordinance") to provide for the sale and delivery of not exceeding $14,000,000 of Recreational Facilities Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2023 of the Youngsville Sales Tax District No. 1, State of Louisiana, pursuant to the General Bond Ordinance, and providing for other matters in connection therewith.
