5.1Request for Preliminary Plat approval to subdivide Lot 5 (701 A & D Young St.) into Lots 5-A & 5-B, located in Section 8, T11S, R5E.
6.OTHER BUSINESS
6.1Teddy Knatt to request the following for Tract 2 of the 300 Block of Briarcliff Dr.:
(a) a variance to waive the required 51% facade requirement, to allow an approximate 1,200 sq. ft. metal building for personal storage; and
(b) to request approval to begin the annexation process.
6.2Discuss and consider a variance to waive the façade requirement to allow 70% metal on the stadium field house at Southside High School's football field.
7.RESOLUTIONS
7.1Resolution No. 2025-15 - A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute for an on behalf of the City of Youngsville of the Parish of Lafayette, Louisiana, an Act of Substantial Completion from Southern Constructors, LLC, contractor, pertaining to the completion of a contract for Pump Station #3 Upgrade.
7.2Resolution No. 2025-16 - A Resolution of the City of Youngsville declaring movable property as surplus and further authorizing the demolishment and disposal in accordance with State law.
8.ORDINANCES FOR PUBLIC HEARING AND FINAL ADOPTION
8.1Ordinance No. 462.1-2025 - An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 462-2021 and enacting a new salary schedule and pay plan for the enforcement officers of the City of Youngsville Police Department.
8.2Ordinance No. 506-2025 - An Ordinance of the City of Youngsville, Louisiana, amending the Code of Ordinances Chapter 115 “Flood Damage Prevention", Article V "Provisions for Flood Hazard Reduction" to fulfill prerequisites of the CRS Program.
