There will be a Manufacturing Day Kick Off Event October 1, 2026 beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the Wylie ISD Agricultural Center located at 1301 Hensley Lane, Wylie, TX 75098, followed by tours of the following businesses: Avanti Windows and Doors – 933 Hensley Lane, Wylie, TX 75098, Carlisle – 900 Hensley Lane, Wylie, TX 75098, Tower Extrusions LLC – 1405 Martinez Ln., Wylie, TX 75098, Barco Pump – 940 Hensley Ln., Wylie, TX 75098, Savage Precision – 1415 Martinez Ln., Wylie TX, 75098, Helm Dental Laboratory - 2801 Capital Street, Wylie, TX 75098, Cates Control - 601 Sanden Blvd.,#102 Wylie, Texas 75098 and Sanden International – 601 Sanden Blvd., Wylie, TX 75098. Lunch will be held at the Wylie ISD Agricultural Center from 12:15 p.m. to 1:20 p.m.
A quorum of the City Council and the Wylie Economic Development Board may or may not be present for this event. No action will be taken during this event.
