A reception for outgoing Councilmembers Timothy "Toby" Wallis and Garrett Mize, and incoming Mayor-elect Matthew Porter and Councilmembers-elect, Sid Hoover and Gino Mulliqi will take place prior to the regular called meeting. A quorum of the City Council may or may not be present, no action will be taken during this reception.
