The City of Wylie Boards and Commissions Interview Panel will be interviewing applicants for consideration of appointments to Wylie Boards and Commissions. Applicants have been scheduled to be interviewed by the Interview Panel on the posted dates. The public is invited to attend. All discussions will be in open session and the panel will make its recommendations to the entire Council at the June 11, 2025 Regular City Council meeting where the City Council then officially considers the nominations and votes on the appointments. After the appointments are official, all board members are sworn in and administered their oath of office prior to their first board or commission meeting in July. Terms of office are generally two-years beginning in July. A quorum of the City Council members may or may not be present for these interviews. No action of the City Council will be taken at these interview meetings.
