B.Possible action following Executive Session to consider the reappointment of City Administrator Leslie Herring pursuant to Westwood Municipal Code 1-302 by the Mayor with consent of the City Council and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Employment Agreement with the City Administrator upon mutually agreeable terms
