Each individual who would like to address the Committee will be permitted up to three minutes for their comments on agenda items only

4.BUSINESS

  1. A.Review and take action: EMS Billing Write Offs

  2. B.Review and take possible action: Recommend resolution to modify budget for Economic  Development

  3. C.Review and take action: Resolution to support Hiawatha West SDP, station property acquisition and federal grant funding

  4. D.Convene into closed session per §19.85(1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session (Intergovernmental Agreement with Jefferson County Economic Development Consortium).

  5. E.Reconvene into open session

  6. F.Review and take possible action: Approval of Resolution to withdraw from the Jefferson County Economic Development Consortium

  7. G.Convene into closed session per §19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved (Claim of J. Wellmann)

  8. H.Reconvene into open session

  9. I.Review and take action: Claim for damages of J. Wellmann
