  3. C.Review and take possible action: Award City of Watertown Contract #9-22, Riverside Park Restroom Structure, to Ray Stadler Const. Co., Inc. for $1,154,800.00

  4. D.Review and take possible action: Change Order No. 1 to Contract #9-22 with Ray Stadler Const., Co. Inc. reducing contract amount by $62,260.00 to a contract price of $1,092,540.00

  5. E.Review and take action: update to the Employee Handbook of Policies and Procedures for the Achievement Recognition Award Program
