  4. D.Review and take possible action: Westside Creek System Assessment Agreement with McMahon Associates for $122,142

  5. E.Review and discuss: Wilbur Street design overview

  6. F.Review and take action: Wastewater Department, approve one year extension for active non-irrigated farmland / agricultural lease for the wastewater utility owned property: 140 acres

  7. G.Review and take action: Enter into an agreement with Win Technologies for IT upgrades, including a new firewall and network switches, to improve Water Systems communications and security
