3. C.Review and take possible action:  Award West Street Water Tower Rehabilitation Project base bid to O & J Coatings, Inc. for a total of $509,000.00

4. D.Review and take possible action:  Enter into a 2- year agreement with Hydro-Corp Inc., for the industrial and commercial cross-connection control program inspections for $33,371.14.
