1. A.Discuss and take possible action: transition of group dental insurance plan to self-insured model

2. B.Discuss and take possible action: Renewal options on Dean Health Plan

3. C.Convene into closed session per §19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved (Claim of Milbrath)

4. D.Reconvene into open session

5. E.Review and take action: Claim of Milbrath
