1. A.Convene into closed session per “Wis.Stat. S. 19.85(1)(c) closed session for the purpose of  considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance  evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body  has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility (continued discussion on  Library leadership succession planning)

2. B.Reconvene into open session

3. C.Review, discuss, and take action on Personnel and Policy committee membership, ability to serve as executive search committee, and direction for library director hiring process.
