2. B.Review and take possible action: Award Ultra-Violet Disinfection System base bid to Trojan Technologies for a total of $745,720

3. C.Review and approve: 2024 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) – Wastewater Utility permit to discharge summary.
