1. A.Review and take action: Fire EMS Contract with the Watertown Rural Fire Department representing the Town of Emmet, Town of Milford, Town of Shields, and Town of Watertown

2. B.Review and take action: hire Dustin Bartsch to fill the open vacancy with the water team as a Water Distribution Technician at Grade G, Step 1 ($21.51/hr.)

3. C.Review and take action: purchase of a One-Ton Dump Truck from Badger Chevrolet of Lake Mills, WI for $80,600.00

4. D.Review and take action: EMS billing write offs

5. E.Update, no action required: Award of Masonic Temple Stabilization Project - Rebid to McMullen & Pitz Construction Company for $1,782,525

6. F.Convene into closed session per Wis. Stat. Sec. 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel of the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
