  2. B.Review and take action: Approve Development Agreement between the City of Watertown and Habitat for Humanity of Waukesha County, Inc.

  3. C.Discuss: Watertown Tax Rate and County Mill Rate Comparisons

  4. D.Convene into closed session per §19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved (Walgreens v. City of Watertown (excessive tax claim))

  5. E.Reconvene into open session
