2. B.Review and take action: approve 1-step adjustment for wastewater employee

3. C.Review and take action: updated Building Inspector job description

4. D.Review and take action: Purchase of two police SUVs from Sutton Ford (Matteson, IL)

5. E.Review and take action:  Replace police squad damaged in crash with 2025 Ford Explorer (Insurance covering costs)

6. F.Review and take possible action: Award Contract #8-24 Riverside Park Restroom Project Base Bid A and Alternate Bid 1 to Ray Stadler Construction Co. Inc. for $692,000.00

7. G.Convene into closed session per § 19.85(1)(e) to review and discuss deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session (submitted proposal for 111 S. Water St)
