Work Session - Fauquier County is proposing to remove several trees located near existing buildings of the former Fauquier National Bank Wealth Buildings. The ARB will meet on site to review the proposal with members of the Town Tree Board. The proposed trees are listed on the Trees of Old Town. The Historic District Guidelines state:
“The removal of mature trees constitutes a “substantial” alteration, as trees are character-defining features of the historic district, and therefore requires review.”
