On June 6, 2023 the BZA closed the public hearing for this item and deferred action to permit the property owner to provide additional information to support the requested variance. Per Ordinance Section 11-3.11.3.2 Decision on Variance Application, the BZA must make a final decision to approve or deny this application on August 1, 2023.
