CALL TO ORDER.

1.The Applicant is proposing to remove the existing wooden front door and install a new multi-pane steel door. The request also includes installation of a new awning over the front door and a 10"x10" or 8"x12" wall plaque sign.
2.The Applicant is proposing to remove the existing metal roof on two of the three areas of the building and replace with a 26-guage Englert metal roof in a medium bronze color to match the roof color on the highest level remaining roof. The Applicant is proposing approximately 21" panels between 1" seams that will be machine crimped onsite.
3.The Applicant is proposing to replace an existing wire fence with a 4' high fence with a 1"x6" pressure treated top board and 4"x4" wooden fence posts. The fence will include 2"x4" woven wire, two wood picket gates mounted on 6"x6" wooden posts, and one dual swing 8' wide wooden gate mounted on 6"x6" wooden posts.
