1. a.The Town of Warrenton has received a request from Dominion Energy to grant an easement along the western property line of 103 South Fifth Street (PIN# 6984-42-3052-000). The purpose of the easement is to allow Dominion Energy the ability to underground existing overhead wires. 

2. b.ZMA 26-02: 10 Hotel Street The Applicant, Mr. Kevin Ash, is seeking a Zoning Map Amendment (ZMA) of 10 Hotel Street (ZMA 2026- 02) from Public-Semi-Public (PSP) to Central Business District (CBD) zoning per Article 11-3.9 of the Zoning Ordinance. The proposal includes redevelopment of the 10 Hotel Street (GPIN: 6984-33-7459- 000) property into a hotel.
