2.BZA-23-3 - Application for a Variance pursuant to Article 2-19, Fences and Walls, of the Town of Warrenton Zoning Ordinance. The request is for a variance to permit a two-foot height increase for a fence, from four feet to six feet in height, within the secondary front yard setback area along Horner Street and Haiti Street of the residential lot located at 57 N Fourth Street. 3.Town of Warrenton Board of Zoning Appeals Policy on Remote Participation. The BZA does not currently have an adopted policy to allow a member to participate remotely, as allowed by the Code of Virginia Section 2.2-3708.3. Should the BZA wish to adopt such a policy, this would permit a member to attend a meeting virtually if they meet the standards laid out in the policy.
