NEW BUSINESS.
1.COA 22-42 - 102 Winchester Street: The Applicant is proposing a 7-foot (118.75” x 58.69” x 63.44”) blue high-density polyethylene play slide attached to the rear second-story deck.
2.COA 22-43 - 92 Winchester Street: The Applicant is proposing a 4’ high by 17’ wide by 2¼” thick wooden scalloped gate.
3.COA 22-44 - 10 Menlough Drive: The Applicant is proposing exterior alterations to include a new second-story deck, a new exterior door, and window adjustment.
4.COA 23-01 - 75 S. Third Street: The Applicant is proposing new replacement openings on the front and rear of the property.
