  1. 5.Consideration to approve Change Order 1 for PW-2022-14, the  Handley Park Public Works Building Project regarding adding 75 calendar days to the contracted time for Substantial Completion  and adding $3,900.00 to the project cost. Scott Langford, PE Public Works Director and Town Engineer
