  3. 3.Approval of the Healing Through Highways event at Shamrock Park which is open to the public on August 9, 2023 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

  4. 4.Consideration to renew the 2021  Transportation Traffic Engineering Services Contract with POND, Inc.
