1. 4.Consideration to award project PW-2025-01, the 2025 Asphalt  Resurfacing project to Summit Construction and Development, LLC. For the base  bid amount of $866,743.47. Scott Langford, PE Public Works Director & Town Engineer

2. 5.Consideration to award Engineering Services for project PW-2025-14, the 2025 Stormwater Structure Maintenance project to Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC for the amount not to exceed $18,000. Scott Langford, PE Public Works Director & Town Engineer

3. 6.Consideration to award the 2025 Right-of-way Mowing and Grounds Maintenance project, number PW-2025-08, to A Abby Group, Inc. for the amount of $249,250. Scott Langford, PE Public Works Director & Town Engineer
