    Motion to award the contract to Northeast Asphalt, Inc. in its low qualifying bid amount of $$86,532.00

  3. C.Award of Bid for Replacement of Private Water and Sanitary Sewer Laterals on Lincoln Street, in Conjunction with Street Reconstruction Project
