    Recommended Action:
    Motion to approve the appointment of Melvin Mazariegos to the BID Board, for a term expiring May 1, 2028

  2. B.25-121 Resolution of Intent to Reimburse Expenditures From Proceeds of Borrowing--State of Wisconsin Environmental Loan Programs

    Recommended Action:
    Motion to waive reading and adopt the resolution

  3. C.25-122 Waiver of Noise Ordinance and Beer Garden Extension for Whisky D's, July 5, 2025 from 10:00AM-11:30PM

    Recommended Action:
    Motion to approve the waiver of noise ordinance and beer garden extension

  4. D.25-123 Extension of Facade Grant Timelines for 1606 Washington Street

    Recommended Action:
    Motion to extend the project completion deadline from June 30, 2025 to November 30, 2025 and the financial documentation deadline from July 31, 2025 to December 31, 2025

  5. E.25-124 Consideration of Agreement With Manitowoc County for Two Rivers Fire Department Management of Manitowoc County Radiological Reception Center, Located at 3500 STH 310 at the County Highway Department Facility

    Recommended Action:
    Motion to authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to sign the agreement on behalf of the City 

5.CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
The City Council reserves the right to enter into Closed Session, per Wisc. Stats 19.8(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investment of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
