5.CONSIDER POSSIBLE FUNDING ASSISTANCE TO KITES OVER LAKE MICHIGAN, TO ASSIST 2022 EVENT

6.CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSIONThe Room Tax Commission reserves the right to enter into closed session per Wisc. Stats. 19.85(1)(g) conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved:

--Update on the City and Rook Tax Commission response to recent court filings by the City of Two Rivers and the City of Two Rivers Room Tax Commission and the response to these filings

--Discussion regarding next steps for the City and Room Tax Commission as a result of legal response(s)

--Continue discussion of City's Tourism organizational configuration

7.RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
Possible action in follow-up to closed session discussions
