  4. D.MEUW Safety Program Contract Renewal was approved by all departments. This four-year renewal contract is effective January 1, 2024.

  5. E.Clothing allowance should be discussed within each department and incorporated in budget planning.

6.FUTURE SAFETY TRAINING EVENTS/SESSIONS

  1. A.Fire Extinguisher Training:
    October 16th at 7:15, 8:30am or 12:45pm located in the City Hall Council Chambers. Training sessions are 1-hour, but may exceed due to employees being able to practice with a fire extinguisher.

    Cyber Security Training (MANDATORY):
    November 1st at 8:45am or 11:15am located in the City Hall Council Chambers (1-hour sessions)

    Winter Safety Training:
    November 30th at 7:15, 8:30am or 12:45pm located in the City Hall Council Chambers (1-hour sessions)

    ALL EMPLOYEES ARE SHOULD PLAN TO ATTEND THESE TRAININGS

7.ESTABLISH NEXT SAFETY COMMITTEE MEETING TIME AND DATE
