A.  West Park Street Observations - Referred by Councilmember Koach
B.  Formal action from April 18, 2022, Council referral back to Committee pertaining to Central Park West 365 project improvements.  This action would include reducing the speed limit on West Park Street (from 17th Street to 18th Street) from 25 mph to 15 mph and the inclusion of a speed table and pedestrian crossing in front of the Community House.
