Consider requests for new sidewalk construction at locations along the inland side of Memorial Drive. – Update:  WDOT is researching possibility and who pays.  

7.DISCUSSIONS OR ISSUES ON HOLD, PENDING FURTHER INVESTIGATION
     Purchase of Air Compressor for an amount within the budget.
     Review and consider proposed 2023 Street Work CIP (Lincoln St. and Roosevelt Street)
     Review and consider CIP (Streets and Equipment) for next five years

8.COMMITTEE MEMBER AND COUNCIL MEMBER ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION, INCLUSION IN FUTURE AGENDA AND ACTION IF NEEDED         

9.DISCUSS STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS (TRAFFIC and PARKING CONTROL) – ACTION, ENDORSEMENT, or MODIFICATIONS AS NEEDED:  
Parking issues on 29th Street, west of Forest Avenue (signs being placed & ROW confirmed)
Traffic control along Buchholz St (review map for existing and proposed signage and letter to residents)     
Parking restrictions around McGee School (per request of the principal) Review letter and map. Also, traffic control on Lowell St, north of McGee School
