4.UPDATE ON TOURISM MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES AND DISCUSSION OF PATH FORWARD FOR TWO RIVERS 

5.CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Room Tax Commission reserves the right to enter into closed session per Wisc. Stats. 19.85(1)(g) conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved:

--Discuss matters pertaining to City and Room Tax Commission response to recent court filing by City of Manitowoc and the Manitowoc Room Tax Commission

6.RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
Possible action in follow-up to closed session discussions

7.ADJOURNMENT
