2. B.Consideration of Three-Year Renewal of Agreement, for Calendar Years 2024-2026, With the Lakeshore Humane Society and the City of Manitowoc, Providing for the Housing and Care of Stray Animals From the Two Cities

   Motion to authorize the City Manager to sign the agreement on behalf of the City
