SPECIAL BUSINESS
A local law adopted pursuant to Cannabis Law Section 131 opting out of licensing and establishing on-site cannabis consumption establishments.
BE IT RESOLVED, that introductory Local Law No. 2 of the Year 2021 entitled “A local law adopted pursuant to Cannabis Law Section 131 opting out of licensing and establishing on-site cannabis consumption establishments within the Town of Tusten, Sullivan County, New York” is hereby introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Tusten, County of Sullivan, State of New York; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of the aforesaid local law be laid upon the desk of each member of the Town Board; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Board hold a public hearing on the aforesaid local law at the Town of Tusten Town Hall, 210 Bridge Street, Narrowsburg, New York, at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Tuesday, November 9, 2021; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk publish or cause to be published a public notice in the Sullivan County Democrat & the River Reporter, of such public hearing at least five (5) days prior thereto.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of the aforesaid local law be laid upon the desk of each member of the Town Board; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Board hold a public hearing on the aforesaid local law at the Town of Tusten Town Hall, 210 Bridge Street, Narrowsburg, New York, at 6:15 p.m., prevailing time, on Tuesday, November 9, 2021; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk publish or cause to be published a public notice in the Sullivan County Democrat & the River Reporter, of such public hearing at least five (5) days prior thereto.
Whereas the Town Board of the Town of Tusten held a Public Hearing on Monday, November 1, 2021, at 6:15 where all interested parties from the public had the opportunity to review and make comments on the 2022 Preliminary Budget as presented;
Be it Resolved that the 2022 Preliminary Budget is hereby Adopted as presented:
