    Recommended Action: That the Board approve the minutes.

6.Discussion Items

  1. 6.1Joint Powers Authority (JPA) Fiscal Year (FY) 2024/25 Budget Presentation.
    Recommended Action: That the Board accept the presentation of FY 24/25 JPA Budget. 

  2. 6.2Truckee Library Joint Powers Authority (JPA) Fiscal Year (FY) 25/26 Budget Presentation and Adoption.
    Recommended Action: That the Board adopt Resolution 2025-06 approving FY 25/26 JPA Budget and accept funds from the Town of Truckee in an amount not to exceed $150,000 to cover JPA expenditures.

  3. 6.3Resolution Approving Fechter & Company Certified Public Accountants Contract.
    Recommended Action: That the Board adopt Resolution 2025-07 approving the letter of engagement with Fechter & Company Certified Public Accountants for the services of creating and auditing the annual financial statements and filing the California State Controllers Financial Transaction Report.
