  1. 6.1Minutes of September 22, 2026, Regular Meeting.
    Recommended Action: That Council approve the minutes.

  2. 6.2Notice of Completion for the 2026 Guardrail Replacement Project.
    Recommended Action: That Council authorize the Public Works Director/Town Engineer to file the Notice of Completion for the 2026 Guardrail Replacement Project (C2615).

  3. 6.3Adopt Resolution 2026-10 Approving the Submittal of the Low Carbon Transit Operations Program Grant Application. 
    Recommended Action: That Council adopt Resolution 2026-10 approving the submittal of the FY 2025/26 Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP) grant application and authorize the Town Manager to execute documents associated with the LCTOP grant.

  4. 6.4Mills Act Historic Preservation Contract Agreement. 
    Recommended Action: That Council authorize the Town Manager to execute Mills Act Historic Preservation contracts for: 10061 Church Street, and 10292 Donner Pass Road.

  2. 8.2Conference with Real Property Negotiators: Assessors Parcel Number 019-441-011-000; Agency negotiators: Jen Callaway, Town Manager; Hilary Hobbs, Assistant Town Manager; and Andy Morris, Town Attorney. Negotiation: price and terms; Government Code section 54956.8.
