Recommended Action: That the Board adopt Resolution 2026-09 approving the letter of engagement with Fechter & Company Certified Public Accountants for a maximum contract price of $11,000 for the services of creating and auditing the annual Fiscal Year 2025-2026 financial statements and filing the California State Controllers Financial Transaction Report, authorizing the Chair of the Truckee Library Joint Powers Authority to execute the engagement letter, and authorizing the Chief Fiscal Officer to execute any additional documents to facilitate the services listed in the engagement letter.
Recommended Action: That the Board adopt Resolution 2026-08 approving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract NO. 2026-03 with Jordan Knighton Architects, Inc. for Phase 2 architectural design and engineering services for the new Truckee Regional Library project and authorizing the Chair of the Board to execute the amendment.
Recommended Action: That the Board adopt Resolution 2026-06 approving the Fiscal Year 26/27 Truckee Library Joint Powers Authority Budget in the amount of $1,231,697 and accepting funds from the Town of Truckee in the amount not to exceed $298,107 and from the Friends of the Truckee Library in the amount of $340,929 for their share of the projected expenditures in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 JPA Budget.
Recommended Action: That the Board adopt Resolution 2026-07 approving the funding agreement between the Truckee Tahoe Airport District and Friends of the Truckee Library and Truckee Library Joint Powers Authority and authorizing the Chair of the Truckee Library JPA to sign and execute the agreement.
