NCGS § 143-318.17 Disruption of official meetings

A person who willfully interrupts, disturbs, or disrupts an official meeting and who, upon being directed to leave the meeting by the presiding officer, willfully refuses to leave the meeting is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.

  1. a.Planning Director Jill Wood will present a Rezoning Request by Mr. Walter Ashe, who is requesting that 0.97 acres located on NC Hwy 62, PIN #6797222736, be rezoned from GB-CZ to GB (General Business).

  1. a.Public Services Director Rodney Johnson will present a street map and ordinance to establish 25mph speed limit on certain city streets
