Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the City Council of the City of Tomball, Texas, to be held on Tuesday, September 03, 2024 at 06:00 PM, City Hall, 401 Market Street, Tomball, Texas 77375, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The City Council reserves the right to meet in a closed session for consultation with attorney on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.

Notice is hereby given that members of the City of Tomball City Council, Tomball Economic Development Board, Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Tomball Regional Health Foundation in numbers which may constitute a quorum, may attend, and participate in an event:

Regular City Council Meeting

401 Market St.

Tomball, TX 77375

6 p.m.

There will be no deliberation, nor will there be any formal action taken by the City of Tomball.  While there may be incidental discussion of city business, the City Council will not be deliberation as a governing body of the City of Tomball.
