Notice is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the Tomball City Council, as the Governing Body of the City of Tomball, at Regular Council Meeting on 20th, June, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at TOMBALL CITY HALL, 401 MARKET STREET, Tomball, Texas 77375, for the purpose of considering the following:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The City of Tomball, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to-wit:
A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND BEING 0.6614 ACRES CONSISTING OF 0.6614 OF ONE ACRE OR 28,810 SQUARE FEET OF LAND SITUATED IN THE CHAUNCEY GOODRICH SURVEY, ABSTRACT NUMBER 311, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN CALLED 3.0051 ACRE TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN DEED RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS OF REAL PROPERTY OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, UNDER COUNTY CLERK’S FILE NUMBER 20140030325.
A public hearing will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Tomball, Texas on the 20th day of July, 2026 at 6 o’clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Market Street, Tomball, Texas 77375, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
