CONSENT

• 1.Approval of the minutes of the rescheduled regular meeting March 16, 2026. (CCD) City Clerk Heather Soyars

• 2.Adopt a Resolution supporting the Miller County Red Dirt Master Gardners’ community greenhouse project to be located at the Terry Lee Rogers Recreation Center. (ADMIN) City Manager Tyler Richards

• 3.Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Implementation Services and Hosting Agreement with Tyler Technologies Inc. for the implementation of the MyGov Integrated Software Solution for the Public Works Department (PWD). Interim Public Works Director Tracie Lee

REGULAR

• 4.Adopt a Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to accept the donation of land for drainage. (PWD) Interim Public Works Director Tracie Lee

• 5.Adopt a Resolution to award an engineering contract to A.L. Franks Engineering for the Design of 2025 Street Bond Rehab Projects: Sammy Lane, Forest Street, Harris Lane and Rocky Creek Road. (PWD) Interim Public Works Director Tracie Lee

• 6.Adopt an Ordinance to add Police presence requirements to the Public Facility Use Application and Associated Fee based on crowd size. (PWD) Interim Public Works Director Tracie Lee

• 7.Adopt an Ordinance granting the request for prerequisite municipal approval of a private club application for 422 North Stateline Avenue, Los Tacos (Figueroa) (ADMIN) City Manager Tyler Richards

• 8.Adopt an Ordinance regulating accessory dwelling units. (PWD-Planning) City Planner Jamie Finley

  The applicant requests an emergency clause. An emergency clause requires a separate and distinct vote of the board and is valid only if there is a two-thirds vote of approval by the board. (Hdbk. Const. Amend 7)

• 9.Adopt an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. K-286 to allow for accessory structures in side yards. (PWD-Planning) City Planner Jamie Finley

• 10.Adopt an Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. K-286 to rezone the parcel 6290010, located at 8300 & 8315 State Hwy 108, and parcel 6290020, located at 8300 State Hwy 108 & Camper Lane from C-3 Open Display Commercial to Mixed Use Highway for the purpose of operating a legally conforming truck stop.
