• 3.Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to purchase seven (7) 2025 Ford Explorer Police Hybird vehicles from McLarty Ford. (TAPD)

• 4.Consider the following action concerning the maintenance of overgrown lots:

  Conduct a Public Hearing regarding the placing of liens on (53) fifty-three overgrown lots.

  Adopt a Resolution placing liens on (53) fifty-three overgrown lots. (PWD) Interim Assistant Public Works Director Roger Douglas

• 5.Adopt an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. K-286 to rezone the property located at 1612 and 1602 North Oats from M-1 Limited Manufacturing to R-3 Low Density Residential. (Ward 3) (PWD-Planning) City Planner Jamie Finley

• 6.Adopt an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. K-670, to reflect a ten (10) foot distance between accessory buildings and principal structures in the City of Texarkana, Arkansas, Code of Ordinances, Section 28-51. – Accessory buildings, structure, or use, paragraph (a). (PWD-Planning) City Planner Jamie Finley
