• 3.Consent Calendar for July 09, 2025 through July 22, 2025 consisting of Payroll Check #33440 and EFT's in the amount of $90,555.10 and Claims Checks #33398 through #33439 and EFT's in the amount of $64,239.04 for a Grand Total of $154.794.14.

• 4.Celebrate the 50 year anniversary of the moving of The Tenino Depot Museum.

  Recommended Action: Move to approve Proclamation for July 26, 2025 to celebrate the landmark anniversary of 50 years for the moving of the Tenino Depot Museum.

OLD BUSINESS

• 5.Tenino Eagles #564 request to waive the Special Event Application Fee.

  Amended proposal for the Car Show being held on August 23,2025, they are requesting to close part of Howard Street S and Central Avenue including the Eagles parking lot to include a beer garden and live band.

  Recommended Action:  Motion to approve waiving the fees for the Tenino Eagles Car Show.

NEW BUSINESS

• 6.Annual Fire Safety Inspection Fee

  Currently, there is no fee for "Annual Fire Safety Inspection".  Suggestion to charge a fee of $150.00 to cover the cost of the Fire Marshall.

  Recommended Action:  Motion to approve amendment of Annual Fire Safety Inspection fee.

• 7.International Fire Code

  With the recommendation of the fire marshal, removal of Section D and adopt the  current version of the International Fire Code “IFC” in its entirety.

  Recommended Action:  Motion to approve amendment of Municipal Code 5.04A.070. - International Fire Code adopted from the current version to the "IFC" version the International Fire Code in it's entirety.

• 8.Appointment of commissioner to Civil Service Commission

  Jody Stoltz, Chairperson of commission, highly recommends the Mayor appoint Linda Huntley to the Civil Service Commission.

  Recommended Action:  Motion to approve the appointment of Linda Huntley to the Civil Service Commission.
