• 8.The Town of Bucoda is writing to express its interest in exploring a partnership between the City of Tenino and the Town of Bucoda. The Town of Bucoda would ask the City of Tenino to support the possibility of Tenino becoming a regional wastewater plant for both municipalities. The Town of Bucoda believes that by working together, we can create a mutually beneficial relationship that benefit both our cities.

  Here are some main goals Bucoda would like to discuss:

  1. Bucoda Moving forward on a feasibility study for a pressured sewer line running from Bucoda to Tenino that would be placed under the Tenino Trail.

  2. Discuss a long-term partnership, responsibilities, future terms, and budget enhancements.

  3. Setting a time for a workshop to have a round table discussion.

  Recommended Action: Move to approve further discussion of the potential partnership with the Town of Bucoda regarding the Tenino Wastewater plant.

RESOLUTIONS

• 9.A resolution of the City Council of the City of Tenino, Washington, declaring certain real property as surplus; authorizing the Mayor to negotiate and execute a purchase and sale agreement with Tenino community service center, subject to City Council approval; and making findings regarding public benefit.

  Recommended Action: Motion to approve the Declaration of Surplus for the Property at 748-798 Sussex Ave W. Tenino, WA.

  Update repayment schedule, term, and final payment date for IF Loan resolution 2024-06.

  Recommended Action:  Motion to approve Resolution 2026-04.

  Repealing Resolution 2024-07. Unused approved IF loan 2024.

  Recommended Action:  Motion to approve Resolution 2026-05.

• 13.Ordinance 939 - Abolish Investigative Fund, this fund has been at zero for close to 10 years and is no longer necessary to the Police Department.
