• 7.Request by Richard Reid to approve a replat of property in the HillTop subdivision 

• 8.Waste Connections has issued the letter of intent to initiate the annual CPI adjustment of 3.4%. Council will need to decide if we are going toabsorb the increase or pass it onto the customers.

• 9.EDC Board Member Application

• 10.A request to abandone the right of way/easement between Byrd Brothers HVAC and Beals's Bubbles has been recieved. There are no utilities in that area that we are aware of.

• 11.Discussion and possible action to agenda request for usage of the Gazebo Park for Christmas in the Park; Sweeny Beautification Committee

• 12.Remove Kaydi Smith as signer/authorized representative and add Tiffany Walker as signer/authorized representative on bank accounts

• 13.Remove Kaydi Smith as authorized representative and add Tiffany Walker and David Jordan as authorized representatives on TexPool accounts.

• 14.Remove Kaydi Smith as authorized representative and add Tiffany Walker and David Jordan as authorized representative on LOGIC and TexSTAR accounts.

• 15.Resolution to remove Kaydi Smith from the TexSTAR accounts and add Tiffany Walker to the Signature pages

• 16.Install new gas line at the industrial park

• 17.Street light pole, globe and light replacement
