   The owners of Preston’s Corner Bar & Grill have submitted a Staff Approval Application for the painting of a mural on the back concrete steps of the restaurant along the intersection of Moore and Front Street.

   Recommended Action: Provide guidance to Staff to approve or deny the Staff Approval Application for 106 Front Street, based on application provided.
