Board Collaboration/Workshop
Following its review of existing Town plans at the July 16, 2026, meeting, the Appearance Commission agreed to continue discussions and begin establishing a strategic plan to provide a framework for supporting and advancing the implementation of adopted Town plans.
Recommended Action: Begin development of an Appearance Commission Strategic Plan by identifying priorities and implementation objectives that align with adopted Town plans.
