2. b.Agreement for Seaside Arts Council Swan Project

   To establish a set of guidelines and responsibilities for each entity involved in the purchase, design and display of the fiberglass swans.

   Recommended Action: Approve the Agreement for Seaside Arts Council Swan Project.
