1. a.Certificate of Appropriateness/ 222 S. Elm Street
   Presenter: Rebecca Brehmer, Projects/Planning Coordinator

   Ed and Cynthia Binanay, owners of 222 S Elm Street, have requested a Certificate of Appropriateness for the removal of an overgrown tree (over 8” in diameter) in front of their home. The house is zoned R6SF and is a contributing structure to the Historic District.

   Recommended Action: Action: 1: Hold a public hearing. 2: Approve COA-2023-05 for removal of tree at 222 S Elm Street and make a motion based on standards provided.

2. b.Staff Report on Staff Approval and Minor Work Applications
   Presenter: Rebecca Brehmer, Projects/Planning Coordinator

   This month, we received one Staff Approval application and one Minor Work application, both of which were approved.
