Ed and Cynthia Binanay, owners of 222 S Elm Street, have requested a Certificate of Appropriateness for the removal of an overgrown tree (over 8” in diameter) in front of their home. The house is zoned R6SF and is a contributing structure to the Historic District.
Recommended Action: Action: 1: Hold a public hearing. 2: Approve COA-2023-05 for removal of tree at 222 S Elm Street and make a motion based on standards provided.
