5.Public Hearings

  1. A.CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A SHORT-TERM RENTAL

    110 Gopher Flat Road APN 018-092-003  - Continued from April 14, 2025

    1.Conduct a public hearing and receive public input, and

    2. Find that the project is Categorically Exempt under Class 32 of the CEQA Guidelines; and

    3. Adopt Resolution 24-25-* approving a Conditional Use Permit for Pamela Lohman to operate a Short-Term Rental, , at 110 Gopher Flat Road, based on the proposed Findings and subject to the proposed Conditions of Approval.

  2. B.SITE PLAN PERMIT - 250 Hanford Street - Sutter Creek Baptist Church 

    1. Conduct a public hearing and receive public input, and

    2. Find that the project is Categorically Exempt under 15301 (Existing) CEQA  Guidelines; and

    3. Adopt Resolution 24-25-** approving a Site Plan Permit for  Sutter Creek Baptist Church to construct a 192 sf shed. (APN: 018-052-004)

  3. C.CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A MOBILE FOOD TRUCK

    30 Ridge Road (APN 044-020-015) - CUP - Mobile Food Truck

    1.Conduct a public hearing and receive public input, and

    2. Find that the project is Categorically Exempt under Class 32 of the CEQA Guidelines; and

    3. Adopt Resolution 24-25-* approving a Conditional Use Permit for Adam Contreras to operate a Food Truck , at 30 Ridge Road, based on the proposed Findings and subject to the proposed Conditions of Approval.
